The Montverde Academy boys' golf team lost 151-164 to Windermere Prep at Bella Collina on Tuesday afternoon.

Sam Kozisek and Divan Eksteen had a team co-best 38 (+2) over the tough nine holes. Michael Frasure shot a 43 (+7), while Staffan Eksteen shot a 45 (+9) in the match.

Also competing for the Eagles were Quinton Barnhill who shot a 46 (+10) and Santiago Chavez with shot a 48 (+12).

The Eagles' next match will be the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) 1A District 6 championship meet on Monday October 24 at Harbor Hills Golf Course in Lady Lake.
