Mission:
The Arts and Athletic Leadership Committee (AALC) was founded in 2019 with the goal of bringing together students from both art and athletic spheres, allowing them to bring their perspectives to collaborate on campus-wide projects. AALC is formed of athletic team captains and student leaders within the Arts and Athletics Departments, both of whom are chosen by their respective coaches and teachers. Driven by a desire to hold each member to the highest standard, EAGLE Core Values are the foundation for success as the group strives for Excellence, Accountability, Growth, Leadership, Education, & Sportsmanship in all they do.
Vision:
AALC members are under the HLI umbrella and serve as a liaison between the student body and administrative staff. This partnership allows for student input on various campus initiatives throughout the school year. Representing all teams and conservatories on campus, MVA foresees this group becoming an example for how student leadership can influence everything from fan experiences, student life on campus, athlete and art department support and more.
