Montverde, Fla,-- The beach volleyball team earned two wins on Tuesday, defeating Apopka and Olympia High School 3-2. After securing the win over Apopka, the win over Olympia was a nerveracking one. With the game tied at 2-2, the team of Thalita Marangon and Luiza Manata pulled off a three-set victory to win it for the Eagles. The duo won the first set 21-19 and lost the second set before winning 15-13 in the tie breaker set to win the match for the team. MVA is now 5-2 on the season.
