Montverde Academy boys' and girls' track & field teams performed well at the Mount Dora Christian Academy meet on Tuesday.

On the girls' side, Ashley Conklin won the pole vault competition, she finished first of nine pole vaulters with a height of 3.25 meters. Sawyer Gant and Sophie Ressler finished third and fifth respectively. Gant had a height of 2.5 meters, while Ressler completed the event in 2.35 meters.

On the boys' side, Alex Georgiev won the pole vault event with a height of 4.84 meters. He finished first of five pole vaulters. In the boys' 1600 meter race, Riley Novak finished first of 20 runners in a time of 4:35.05.
