The Montverde Academy beach volleyball team defeated Apopka High School 3-0 in the semifinal round of the 2022 Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) district championship on Tuesday afternoon.

The Eagles will now face West Orange High School for the district championship on Wednesday at 5:00 pm at the Montverde Academy Beach Volleyball Complex.
