Montverde Academy girls' basketball defeated St. Thomas Aquinas 53-42 in Fort Lauderdale on Monday evening to improve to 14-1 overall this season.

Jaloni Cambridge scored 20 points to lead the team in the victory.

The Eagles will be back in action on Friday for a game against Bishop Ireton for day one of the 2024 St. James Martin Luther King Classic in Washington, DC at 8:50 pm.
