The Montverde Academy boys golf team kept its perfect season in tact with a 156–173 victory over East Ridge High School on Thursday at Mission Inn's El Campeón course. With the win, the Eagles improve to 4-0 on the year.

MVA was led by strong rounds from Oscar Ricketts and Paxton Rivera, who each carded a 38 (+2). Yuta Kida and Carlos Antonio Villarreal both turned in 40s (+4), giving the Eagles four steady scores to secure the win on the challenging El Campeón layout.

The Eagles will look to extend their undefeated start when they face Windermere Prep on Tuesday, September 9, at Orange County National in Winter Garden. Tee time is set for 4:00 p.m.
