Montverde, Fla. (May 26, 2026) – Montverde Academy girls soccer head coach Robbie Aristodemo has been named the United Soccer Coaches Florida Girls High School Independent Schools Coach of the Year following another historic season for the Eagles program.
Aristodemo guided MVA to a 21-1-1 overall record during the 2025-26 season while capturing the FHSAA District, Regional, and State Championships. The state title marked the program's third championship in the past four years and the fifth overall under Aristodemo's leadership.
Throughout the season, MVA dominated opponents, outscoring teams by a combined 93-6 margin.
Since founding the program 16 years ago, Aristodemo has amassed 249 career victories and has helped establish MVA as the premier girls soccer programs in the country. Numerous former players have gone on to compete at the collegiate and professional levels in women's soccer.
Earlier this spring, three Eagles players — Brianna Burkhalter, Taylor Heaton, and Lola Rey — were named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Florida Team.
