Andrew McIntosh has been an athletic trainer at Montverde Academy since July 2022.
He graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science before earning his master's degree in Athletic Training in 2022. While at UCF, he earned Iota Tau Honor Society honor.
A native of Winter Haven, Florida, McIntosh played four years of soccer in high school, including his final two years as a team captain. He also played one year of football.
He is an active member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and a former intern at Montverde Academy in the fall of 2021,
McIntosh credits his success to his former high school soccer coach for having a huge impact on his life. He also credits his relative Tony Retrosi who was a former Switzerland women’s gymnastics head coach.
In his spare time, McIntosh’s hobbies consist of sports, hiking, camping, fishing and boating.
