Montverde Academy Athletics

Khrystal Phiri is the Director of Athletics at Montverde Academy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in sports management with a minor in business management from Texas A&M University and a Master of Education in educational administration from Texas A&M.

Leading up to the Athletic Director position, Phiri spent several years at Cecil E. Gray Middle School in an instructional capacity before joining Montverde Academy in the Learning Support Services program. Phiri holds a Florida educator’s certificate in grades six through eight mathematics, exceptional student education (all levels) and educational leadership (all levels).

A former collegiate track athlete, Phiri served as a graduate assistant, athletic assistant and facility supervisor in the Texas A&M athletic department for several years.
