Montverde Academy Athletics

Tom "Coach O" O'Grady joined the Montverde Academy lacrosse staff in the summer 2023, bringing with him over 40 years' experience as a teacher, coach, and administrator.

Coach "O" has coached lacrosse at all levels of the game, including youth, high school and college. His experience includes stops at University of Texas, University of Florida, Adelphi University and Army West Point.

Additionally, Coach "O" was President and Co-Founder of Florida Lacrosse Camps and TeamFLC. 

As a high school head coach, he has coached both boys' and girls' varsity teams to the state championship game. As an assistant coach, Coach "O" won the boys' Florida High School State Championship with Winter Park High School in 1999.
