Montverde Academy girls' basketball is now 5-0 on the season after a close 42-38 win over 1 of 1 Academy in day two of the Inside Exposure Thanksgiving Classic.

Cori Allen had a team-high 11 points in the win to go along with five rebounds and three assists.Rusne Augustinaite added eight points and six rebounds, while Mjracle Sheppard had eight points and four steals.

MVA's next game is Friday for day one of the Hoopfest in Dallas, Texas at 9:00 pm (8:00 pm central) against South Grand Prairie High School.
