MVA boys' basketball defeated American Fork High School 80-39 in day two of the Five for the Fight Classic in Pleasant Grove, Utah on Tuesday.

Five players scored in double figures led by Asa Newell and Kayden Allen with 12 each, followed by Robert Wright, Cooper Flagg and Caleb Gaskins with 10 each. Flagg added team-highs of four assists and four steals in the win. Derik Queen had a team-high six rebounds for MVA.

The Eagles are now 2-0 on the season and will head to Dallas, Texas next for Hoopfest on Friday, November 24 and Saturday, November 25. MVA will take on Family Faith Academy on Friday at 8:30 pm Eastern Time and Duncanville on Saturday at 10:00 pm Eastern Time.
