Montverde Academy girls' soccer head coach Robbie Aristodemo earned his 200th career victory as a head coach on Saturday afternoon as the Eagles defeated Bartram Trail School 2-1 in day two of the 2023 Women's Invitational Showcase Tournament (WIST) on campus.

Coach Aristodemo's 200th career win came in exciting fashion as senior Amy Zona broke a 1-1 tie in the 76th minute to put the Eagles ahead. MVA's other goal was scored in the first half by Antonella Mazziotto which gave the Eagles a 1-0 lead early on.

MVA is now 9-0-1 on the season and Coach Aristodemo, who has already coached the Eagles to three FHSAA state championships in his storied career, will look to prepare the team for another state championship run when the Eagles return to the pitch next month, starting with their next game at Parrish Community School on Friday, January 5 at 7:00 pm.
