The Montverde Academy boys' golf team opened its 2023 season with a 160-164 win over Eustis High School at Bella Collina on Tuesday afternoon.

The Eagles were led by Sam Kozisek who fired a 35 (-1), while teammate Divan Eksteen scored a 36 (Even). Tiger Guo scored a 40 (+4), while Paxton Rivera got a 49 (+13) over the nine holes.

The Eagles are now 1-0 on the season and return to action on Tuesday, August 29 for a match against East Ridge High School at Bella Collina at 4:00 pm.
