The Montverde Academy girls' volleyball team lost its first game of the tournament to Coral Reef 0-2 (14-25, 18-25) in the Lake Howell Varsity Invitational at Game Point Event Center on Friday, September 15th.

Evy DeClercq led the way with four kills and two blocks. Nybia Rivera-Alvarez added nine digs. Giavanna Parker and Catherine Emilcar both had two kills.
 

Game 2 (Pool Play): Friday, September 15. MVA lost 0-2 (7-25, 12-25) to Bishop Moore

Montverde Academy girls' volleyball was defeated 0-2 (7-25, 12-25) by Bishop Moore in the second game pool play in the Lake Howell Varsity Invitational at the Game Point Event Center in Orlando on Friday.

Evy DeClercq had two kills and four digs, while Isabella Johnson had two kills. Nybia Rivera-Alvarez had five digs in the match.

Game 3 (Pool Play): Saturday, September 16. MVA lost 1-2 (15-25, 25-21, 8-15) to Spruce Creek

Even with Paola de Chavarria's hard work of three service aces, four blocks, seven digs, and 10 assists, Montverde girls' volleyball lost to Spruce Creek 2-1 (15-25, 25-21, 8-15) on Saturday, September 16 at the Lake Howell Varsity Invitational at Game Point Event Center in Orlando.

Evy DeClercq, Isabella Johnson, and Giavanna Parker had a combined 17 kills with DeClercq leading with eight, Johnson with five, and Parker with four. 

Jadyn Langley added 11 digs in the match.

Game 4 (Copper Bracket Semifinal): Saturday, September 16. MVA won 2-0 (25-15, 25-22) over The Master's Academy

Montverde Academy had a fantastic win over The Masters Academy 2-0 (25-15, 25-22) in the copper bracket semifinal round match on Saturday, September 16 at the Game Point Event Center in Orlando.

Paola De Chavarria Munoz had four blocks, three service aces, seven digs and 10 assists. Evy DeClercq had a team-high eight kills.

Giavanna Parker had seven kills, Isabella Johnson had four kills and Jadyn Langley contributed nine digs.

Giavanna Parker had seven kills and two blocks, while Paola De Chavarria Munoz contributed seven kills, seven digs and 12 assists. Evy DeClercq had six kills and two blocks, and Isabella Johnson had six kills. Jadyn Langley had four service aces and 11 digs.
