The Montverde Academy girls soccer defeated Hagerty High School 1-0 in Oviedo on Thursday evening.

Luisa Tannus scored the game's only goal, with assists by Riley Davison and Lacey Jackson.

The Eagles are now 2-0 on the season and return to the pitch on Saturday evening for a match at home against Lake Mary at 7:00 pm.
