The Montverde Academy boys golf team earned a narrow 145–148 victory over The First Academy on Tuesday at Orange Tree Golf Course in Orlando, improving to 9-1 overall this season.

Michael Frasure led the way with a 33 (-3), followed by Oscar Ricketts with a 35 (-1), Hung Khanh Le with a 36 (Even), and Juan Aliseda with a 41 (+5).

The Eagles return to action on Wednesday for a match against Windermere High School at Mission Inn in Howey-in-the-Hills.
