Montverde Academy's defending state champion girls golf team will compete at the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) District Championship at Stoneybrook West Golf Course in Winter Garden. The Eagles captured this event last year on their way to winning Montverde Academy's first-ever state championship in girls golf.

This season, the team has earned three individual wins and finished in the top two in three additional matches, including a pair of first-place finishes. The Eagles will look to continue their strong performance and build momentum heading into the postseason.
