The Montverde Academy girls soccer team continued its strong season with a 3–0 victory over Somerset Academy on Friday afternoon in South Florida.

Lola Rey led the Eagles with two goals, while Kendall Seays added a goal to round out the scoring. Brianna Burkhalter and Veronica Solano each recorded two assists in the win, helping fuel the Eagles' attack.

Goalkeeper Alyssa Strausbaugh made one save to secure the shutout as MVA remained in control throughout the match.

With the victory, MVA improves to 11-0-1 on the season, and the Eagles return to the pitch on Saturday with a road matchup at St. Thomas Aquinas, scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. start.
