The Montverde Academy boys lacrosse team lost its final regular season road game of 2025, falling at Cardinal Mooney 10-7 in Sarasota on Tuesday evening.

Nate Diaz and Blake Kuhn scored a pair of goals each, while Corbin Pierce, Nate Kuhn and goalkeeper Sam Juhnke netted one goal each in the loss.

Juhnke made 16 saves for the Eagles who are now 8-7 on the year.

MVA will close out its 2025 regular season with a home game against IMG Academy at 6:30 pm.
