Saniyah Hall Named MaxPreps First Team All-American and National Junior Player of the Year

Montverde, FL (April 11, 2025) – Montverde Academy is proud to announce that junior guard Saniyah Hall has been named a MaxPreps First Team All-American and the National Junior Player of the Year for the 2024–25 girls high school girls basketball season.

This prestigious honor recognizes Hall's elite performance and consistency on the court throughout the year.

Hall was a catalyst that helped the Eagles to a 26–2 overall record and a trip to Montverde Academy's fourth straight Chipotle High School Nationals championship game.

She finished the season with a team-high 20.3 points per game, while also averaging 6.7 rebounds, 3.5 assists, a team-high 2.8 steals and a team-best 1.3 blocks per game.

Hall, who was also named to the 2025 Jersey Mike's Naismith High School Girls All-America First Team, has had a remarkable three years as a high school basketball player. Prior to enrolling at Montverde Academy, the Lorain, Ohio native averaged over 23 points per game and nearly 10 rebounds per game during her freshman and sophomore years at Laurel High School.

In her three years of high school basketball, Hall has scored 1828 points and 695 rebounds.
