S.I.M.A. Director of Business Development
Todd Eason comes to Montverde Academy after spending the last three years as Director of the Premier Development League (PDL).  In his previous position with the PDL, Todd was responsible for all facets of the property and helped it gain the reputation as the most notable amateur league in North America.  Some of his responsibilities included leading the league’s scouting network and applying marketing initiatives that helped the league evolve into what it is today.  Presently, the PDL is regarded as the highest level of amateur soccer in the United States and ranked number 1 in providing a platform for players to achieve their professional goals.  
Prior to 2014, Eason worked as an assistant coach at Jacksonville University from 2012 to 2014.  During his tenure, Todd oversaw the operations of the men’s soccer program and assisted with player recruitment and development. During his time as a coach at Jacksonville University, Todd also helped lead the program to 3 Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament appearances.
Todd has also served as Director of Player Development for Mississippi Brilla FC in the Premier Development League.  From 2009 to 2012, Eason worked with MS Brilla Juniors and MS Brilla FC (PDL) crafting player development curriculum and assisting in all efforts pertaining to the PDL franchise.  During his time with Brilla FC, the PDL team competed in three divisional playoffs and advanced to the conference championship on two occasions. Todd was instrumental in recruiting numerous players that are currently playing professional soccer today in various leagues throughout the United States and the world.
As a result of Todd’s football specific endeavors in a variety of organizations, Todd has gained the experience and working knowledge to lead the business development department for Soccer Institute of Montverde Academy (S.I.M.A).  Eason will be responsible for all marketing initiatives and strategic business partnerships for the S.I.M.A Program, while also working alongside the school administration at Montverde Academy.Â
