Montverde Academy boys' basketball defeated Central Pointe Christian Academy 89-40 in the Nest on Saturday evening.

The Eagles are now 15-2 on the season and winners of seven in a row. MVA had three players score in double figures and was led by Cooper Flagg with 16 points. Kwame Evans and Derik Queen followed 10 points each.

MVA is back in action on Monday for a home game against Calvary Christian at 6:00 pm.
