Montverde Academy girls basketball suffered its first loss of the season on Wednesday as the Eagles lost to Canadian juggernaut Fort Erie International on day two of Hoopfest in Paradise at Nassau, Bahamas.

The Eagles are now 7-1 on the season and return to the court next Friday, December 27 for day one of the Tampa Christmas Invitational in Tampa, FL against Rock Bridge at 9:55 am.
