The Montverde Academy girls soccer team continued its impressive start to the 2025-26 season with a commanding 5-1 road victory over Sunlake High School on Wednesday night. With the win, the Eagles improved to 9-0-1 this season.
MVA was led by Dominika Misuthova with two goals and one assist, followed by Caroline Ritchey with one goal and one assist.
Lola Rey and Kendall Seays also found the back of the net, rounding out the scoring for Montverde Academy as the Eagles continued to display balanced offensive production throughout the lineup.
On the defensive end, Alyssa Strausbaugh turned in a solid performance in goal, making two saves to help preserve the road victory.
Montverde Academy will look to keep its unbeaten momentum rolling when the Eagles return to action on Thursday, December 11, at Lourdes Academy at 7:00 p.m.
