The Montverde Academy girls track & field team captured district gold for the fourth year in a row as the Eagles earned first place of five schools at the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) district championship at Lake Highland Prep in Orlando on Thursday.
The Eagles earned 189 points and had eight wins en route to winning the event, including all three relays and five individual events.
