The Montverde Academy girls' track & field team captured its second consecutive Citrus League Championship placing first of six teams, while the boys finished second of six teams at the Citrus League Championship on Tuesday evening at Lake Highland Prep in Orlando.

Girls Results:

100 Meters: Nakira Hudson took first place in the 100 meters with a time of 12.15 while Sofia Regazzi finished second with a time of 12.41 and Arima Turner finished third with a time of 12.47.

200 Meters: Nakira Hudson captured first place in the 200 meter with a time of 25.03 while Sofia Regazzi finished second with a time of 25.20 and Arima Turner finished third with a time of 25.86.

400 Meters: Dasia Reed won the 400 meter with a time of 55.26 while Ellise Dickson finished third with a time of 58.66.

800 Meters: Lexi Fraser won the 800 meter with a time of 2:16.78 while Lyla McMillen finished third with a time of 2:23.39.

1600 Meters: Lexi Fraser also finished first in the 1600 meter with a time of 5:17.68 while Alafair Scelfo placed second with a time of 5:23.91.

3200 Meters: Alafair Scelfo finished second with a time of 11:47.11, while Federica Perez was fourth with a time of 12:31.69.

4x400 Relay: The quartet of Ellise Dickinson, Arima Turner, Sofia Regazzi and Lyla McMillen captured first in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:57.39.

Pole Vault: Julia Saelg took first place in pole vault with a mark of 3.60m while Kylee Brown finished second with a mark of 3.30m and Natalie Grausam took third with a mark of 3.00m.

Long Jump: Gabrielle Gordon finished first in the long jump with a mark of 4.60m.

Triple Jump: Jizelle Holland took second with a mark of 11.34m.

Boys Results:

Miles Outerbridge took first place in the 100 and 200 meters with times of 10.87 in the 100 meters and 22.11 in the 200 meters.

400 Meters: Lucas Coan took first place in the 400 meter with a time of 48.61 while Ayden Henley finished second with a time of 49.74.

800 Meters: Jackson Balls captured first in the 800 meters with a time of 2:03.42.

Will Moss won both the 1600 and 3200 meters with times of 4:24.70 and 9:40.19 respectively.

4x400 Relay: Kamron Brown, Miles Outerbridge, Ayden Henley and Jackson Balls won the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:31.87.

4x800 Relay: Kamron Brown, Jackson Balls, Lucas Coan and Will Moss won the 4x800 relay with a time of 8:27.21.

Pole Vault: Manuel Garzon took first place in the pole vault with a mark of 3.47m while Raj Andrade finished second with a mark of 2.90m.

Long Jump: Manuel Garzon finished eight place with a mark of 4.30m while Raj Andrade finished ninth with a mark of 4.20m.
