Montverde, FL (June 13, 2025) — Montverde Academy is proud to announce that girls beach volleyball standouts Mirea Thederahn and Isabella Parra have been named to the Orlando Sentinel All-Area Team following an impressive 2025 season.
Thederahn and Parra formed a dominant duo on the sand this spring, competing together in every match of the season, and posting an outstanding 14-3 record as a pair. They went an 11-3 as MVA's top pair and 3-0 when playing as the No. 2 pair.
Their consistent performances helped power Montverde Academy to a 15-2 overall team record. The program captured its third Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) district championship in four years and advanced to the championship round of the regional tournament.
This honor marks another milestone in the continued growth and success of Montverde Academy's beach volleyball program.
