The Montverde Academy girls golf team earned a solid win on Thursday afternoon, defeating The First Academy 146-155 at Orange Tree Golf Course in Orlando.

The Eagles were led by Cynthia Yang, who carded a 35 (-1) to pace the team. She was followed closely by Bonnie Wu with a 36 (even), while Kanchana Duangsam shot a 37 (+1) and Cassy Zhu added a 38 (+2) to round out the scoring.

It was a balanced team effort for Montverde Academy, with all four players finishing at +2 or better to secure the nine-stroke victory.

The Eagles return to action on Tuesday when they host Windermere Prep at 4:00 PM at Bella Collina.
