The Montverde Academy boys lacrosse team dropped a 12-7 road decision at IMG Academy on Monday evening.

Gavin Ionelli led the Eagles offensively with three goals. Blake Kuhn, Evan Flanagan, Reid Pawless, and Nate Kuhn each added one goal apiece, while Nate Kuhn and Blake Kuhn also recorded two assists each in the loss.

Goalkeeper Angelo Ranaldi finished with seven saves for Montverde Academy.

With the result, Montverde Academy moves to 1-3 on the season. The Eagles return to action on Wednesday with a 6:00 p.m. road matchup at Hagerty High School.
