The Montverde Academy baseball team earned a quality road victory on Tuesday afternoon, defeating IMG Academy 6–4 in Bradenton.

Montverde Academy's offense was led by Max Irving, who went 1-for-4 at the plate and delivered a home run. Miguel Ramos made the most of his opportunity, finishing 1-for-1 with two runs scored and a run batted in.

Additional contributions came from Santi Marin, who went 1-for-3 with an RBI, and Michael Alicea, who posted a 2-for-3 performance with a run batted in.

On the mound, Alex Bello earned the win after pitching 3.0 innings of relief. Bello allowed just one unearned run on two hits, helping Montverde Academy maintain control throughout the contest.

With the win, Montverde Academy improves to 3–1 on the season.

The Eagles return to action on Friday, February 20, when they host Lake Minneola at 7:00 p.m.
