The girls golf team put together an exciting performance at Bella Collina, battling all the way to the final hole and finishing with a hard-fought 148-148 tie.

After finding themselves several strokes down heading into the final hole, the team stayed composed and fought back. Bonnie Wu delivered when it mattered most, sinking a clutch 10-foot putt on the final hole to secure the tie and cap off an exciting finish.

Leading the way for both teams was Cynthia Yang, led the team with a 34 (-2), followed by Wu with a 37 (+1), Mei Murata with a 38 (+2) and Miao Zhuang with a 39 (+3)

MVA is back on the links on Wednesday, September 9 for a match against Lake Mary Prep at Bella Collina at 4:00 pm.
