The 2024 edition of the Montverde Academy Invitational Softball Tournament (MAIST) featured three great days of high level softball with high school softball programs from all across the state of Florida converging in Montverde for a combined 12 hotly contested games.

After three great games on Thursday and five on Friday, the tournament's final day saw the first three games go into extra innings to decide the winner, before MVA scored two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to win in an exciting championship game.

MVA won all three games in the tournament to earn the championship for the second year in a row. The Eagles beat West Orange High School, 10-0 on Thursday, before earning an 11-1 win on Friday. MVA then pulled out a 2-1 win in the championship game on Saturday to finish the mission.
