The Montverde Academy boys' and girls' track & field teams delivered strong performances at the 2025 Pepsi Florida Relays over the weekend at the University of Florida. While no team scores were recorded, several Eagles athletes made their mark in the finals of one of the most competitive meets in the state.

Girls Highlights

• 100m Dash – Dasia Reed took 1st place with a blazing time of 11.41 seconds.

• 400m Dash – Nakira Hudson claimed 2nd place, clocking 53.29 seconds.

• 800m Run – Alexandrea Fraser finished 5th in 2:14.10.

• 1600m Run – Alafair Scelfo placed 24th, finishing in 5:15.05.

• 4x100m Relay – The team of Nakira Hudson, Arima Turner, Sofia Regazzi, and Dasia Reed earned 2nd place with a time of 45.64 seconds.

• 4x800m Relay – The quartet of Lexi Fraser, Lyla McMillen, Alafair Selfo and Zara Liles-Henry ran to a 14th-place finish with a time of 9:45.86.

• Pole Vault – Julia Saelg finished 4th, clearing 3.50 meters.

Boys Highlights

• 100m Dash – Miles Outerbridge sprinted to a 5th-place finish in 10.40 seconds.

• 800m Run – Lucas Coan placed 11th in 1:55.19.

• 1600m Run – Will Moss took 22nd place, running 4:27.11.

• 4x800m Relay – The team of Jackson Balls, Kamron Brown, Will Moss and Lucas Coan finished 10th in 8:07.56.
