With just one week until students return to campus, the Montverde Academy Athletics Department came together for a pre-planning meeting filled with energy, collaboration, and anticipation for the upcoming school year.

The meeting brought together coaches and athletic administrators from across all sports to align on goals, review plans, and ensure readiness for what promises to be another exciting and successful year in MVA athletics. Girls Basketball Assistant Coach Sam Brown captured the moment with a spirited group selfie, highlighting the unity and enthusiasm of the department.

"Our athletics department and coaching staff members are more than ready," said Director of Athletic Operations Khrystal Phiri. "We're committed to continuing to build on our legacy of excellence and providing every student-athlete with the tools to grow on and off the field. We are looking forward to another great year in 25-26."

As Montverde Academy prepares to welcome students back to campus, the Athletics Department stands united, focused, and driven—ready to compete, lead, and inspire in the 2025–26 season.
