"I was able to build relationships with teammates from all over the world," he said. "That helped me develop a genuine ability to connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds."

From SIMA to Madrid

After his time at Montverde, Xavier moved to Madrid, Spain, where he continued his education at Saint Louis University Madrid Campus, studying marketing.

"Living away from my family felt natural because SIMA had already prepared me to adapt quickly and thrive in new environments," he said.

The independence and maturity he developed early made the transition seamless.

Building a Career

Today, Xavier works as an elite ambassador at the Four Seasons, where he interacts with high-level clientele and delivers premium experiences on a daily basis.

Alongside his professional role, he is also pursuing modeling and building entrepreneurial projects across industries such as food, branding, and fashion.
