Congratulations to Montverde Academy 2023-24 girls swim team members Ivanka Bukele, Cassandra Jones, Emily Santos and Regina Torres. The four were recently named National Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association (NISCA) All-Americans after their performance in the pool during the fall 2023 high school season.

Not only did the four help lead the girls swim team to the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) regional and district championships along with the Citrus League championship, but the four were a part of the 200 yard medley relay team that finished in third place at the state championship meet in an All-American qualifying time of 1:44.68 minutes.

In addition, Santos earned it as an individual after winning the 100 yard breaststroke at the state championship in a qualifying time of 1:01.44 minutes.
