Tonight's Montverde Academy girls varsity soccer match against Hagerty High School has been canceled. The junior varsity contest against Hagerty will still be played as scheduled at 5:30 pm.

The Eagles return to action on Friday January 16 on the road at Lake Mary High School for the regular season finale. The evening will begin with the junior varsity match at 5:00 pm followed by the varsity match at 7:00 pm.

Looking ahead, the FHSAA district playoffs begin next week. Montverde Academy anticipates earning a first round bye and the No. 1 seed as the Eagles set their sights on capturing a fourth consecutive district championship. The official district bracket is expected to be released this weekend.
